Overview

Explore an alien world like no other in the third edition of Nintendo's strategic adventure series. In Pikmin 3, players take command of three explorers and a legion of adorable Pikmin in a fight for survival. By employing the unique abilities of these tiny Pikmin creatures, players will solve puzzles, battle dangerous predators, and recover food needed to save the explorers’ depleted home planet.

Storyline

The inhabitants of the planet Koppai are facing a devastating famine, their world stripped bare by a booming population and dwindling resources. Desperate for a solution, they send survey ships across the galaxy in search of new sources of food, and one returns with promising news of a distant, fertile world teeming with cultivable life. Three Koppaite explorers, the engineer Alph, the botanist Brittany, and the captain Charlie, are dispatched to this planet to gather the food that could save their people.
