A side-scrolling run-and-gun in the tradition of Contra and Metal Slug, Blazing Chrome unfolds in the ravaged post-apocalyptic future of 21XX. A devastating war has nearly wiped out the human race, and in its aftermath a vast robot army has seized control of the world, hunting down and exterminating the scattered remnants of humanity. A determined resistance movement rises to fight back against the machine dominion and reclaim the planet for the living.
